A comprehensive blueprint for progress, prosperity, and a nation that works for every Nigerian.
The Reset Agenda is a bold, comprehensive plan to address Nigeria's most pressing challenges and unlock the nation's full potential. Built on the pillars of economic revival, security, education, infrastructure, and good governance, this agenda represents a covenant with the Nigerian people.
Every mission in this agenda is designed with clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and a commitment to transparency and accountability. We will rebuild trust in government and create a nation where every citizen can thrive.
Each mission outlines the challenge, our proposed response, and the outcomes Nigerians can expect.
The Challenge: Nigeria faces high unemployment, stagnant growth, and a business environment that stifles enterprise. Millions of young Nigerians lack opportunities, and the economy remains overly dependent on oil.
The Response: Creating 5 million jobs annually, supporting small businesses, and attracting foreign investment through policies that work. We will diversify the economy, invest in infrastructure, and create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
The Challenge: Millions of Nigerians lack access to quality healthcare. Maternal and child mortality rates remain unacceptably high, and the healthcare system is underfunded and overstretched.
The Response: Accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare for every Nigerian citizen, with special focus on maternal and child health. We will invest in primary healthcare, modernize hospitals, and expand health insurance coverage.
The Challenge: Nigeria has the highest number of out-of-school children in the world. The education system is underfunded, and many children lack access to quality learning opportunities.
The Response: Free quality education from primary to secondary level, with skills development programs for youth employment. We will invest in teacher training, infrastructure, and technology.
The Challenge: Nigeria's infrastructure deficit is staggering. Inadequate power supply, poor roads, and lack of digital connectivity hinder economic growth and quality of life.
The Response: Stable electricity within 24 months, new roads, railways, and digital infrastructure connecting all regions. We will invest in power generation, transmission, and distribution.
The Challenge: Insecurity has become a major threat to lives and livelihoods. Banditry, kidnapping, and insurgency have displaced millions and created fear across the nation.
The Response: Ending banditry and kidnapping through modernized security forces, intelligence gathering, and community policing. We will restore peace and security to every community.
The Challenge: Nigeria imports billions of dollars worth of food annually, despite vast arable land and agricultural potential. Farmers lack access to finance, modern equipment, and markets.
The Response: Food security through mechanized farming, irrigation projects, and financial support for local farmers. We will transform agriculture into a driver of economic growth and employment.
Join the Reset Nigeria movement and help us deliver this agenda for the benefit of all Nigerians.
